We support the PUSH MAIL / IMAP IDLE which makes it much faster, easier and cheaper to receive email on modern mobile phones. IMAP IDLE is a so-called PUSH protocol where our mail server informs the mobile phone for a new e-mail immediately. It enables mobile phone just need to communicate with the mail server when a new mail comes. Many internet and email providers offer only so-called PULL protocols, where cell phone regularly will need to ask e-mail server if it has come new email. Overall, the use of PUSH, depending on the location and amount of mail, could save significant amounts compared to the use of PULL.
