Support 24 must only be used at need contact. It should also be used if there is an error in our services. If it proves to be a user error, you as a customer be charged for emergency and hour rate for work which has been carried out. If you experience problems outside our opening hours which is solely due to breakdowns at Fastline, you should use our duty phone by sending an SMS or email. Your request will be processed on an ongoing basis. Guaranteed within 60 minutes.
Therefore, we ask that you carefully go through your website, documents etc. before they will contact us on support 24, see also on call center operations on messages to see if we have informed about the operation violations or other operational messages may affect your website. Remember to include in the email what domain name you have, name of contact person and an email address where we contact you.
If you have forgot your password for ftp, e-mail, database or customercenter, this is not included for contact support 24. Then you should go to the Customercenter or fastadmin and use the forgot password there.
We remind you that this is an emergency and that we reserve the right to bill 1200, -NOK per commenced hour if the problems are not caused by errors in our services.
